FORMER Big Brother contestant Sallie Axl has revealed her new boobs, after sharing the process with her fans.
The 29-year-old reality star captured each step of her cosmetic surgery process on camera as she underwent a breast enhancement and nose job.
Taking to Instagram, she first wrote: "In my robe waiting ... let's do this 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 I'm getting breast uplift and new implants and bone removed from my ribs and taking to build my nose then the end slimmed and pointed."
Then she shared a pic of her nose bandaged up, saying: "Boooo"
The next one was: "Feeling better"
Next it was time for her boobs to be done, and she wrote next to the pic of her holding two medical "drainers" attached her breasts, and said: "Chilling with me drainers ❤️❤️"
Then the latest pic shows her nose still in plaster, but her breasts looking impressive.
She wrote next to the snap: ""New babies 👀❤️💋✌🏽️".

Earlier in the week she revealed her plans to go under the knife, and share every moment with her fans.
“So I've decided I'm going to do an update for the whole of my surgery,” she announced in the video.
“I'm gonna go on live feed before and after and show you what it's really like to be under the knife from my point of view,” she continued.
Sallie revealed she jetted to Poland undertake her surgery and invited fans to follow her every step of the way.
“So this is me on the plane, just starting off and this is going to be my next 24 hours of surgery and I just want you to come along and join in for the ride,” she said.
“I'm going to show you all what it's really like from the bitter horribleness to the goodness and to the excitement to being off my head on the drugs,” she laughed.
“So hopefully you'll enjoy it and I'm on the plane now ready to go to Poland,” she explained.
Sallie explained at the start of the week that she planned to go back under the knife – having previously undergone a number of surgeries.
She said: "So in three days I will be getting my nose and boobs done. I'm so excited to hopefully finally feel confident in the way I look.
"After having two babies and non stop working nights until I got pregnant."
She added: "I feel down trodden and not myself. I will be going to Europe surgery in Poland and I'm so excited to get everything made to how I want it.
"I know lots of people will say I don't need it. But I honestly don't see any harm in making yourself feel happy.
"I know beauty comes from within but I know this is going to make me feel great."
She ended her message with: "Wish me luck."
